If you would have told me years ago that banana pudding and real estate would somehow connect in my life, I probably would have laughed and handed you a spoon.

But here we are.

As a mom, some of my sweetest memories are tied to the simplest things—like figuring out what would make my kids smile. My oldest has always been the pickiest eater, but bananas? Always a yes. And let me tell you… it is heaven.

I quickly found out that it was Vickie that brings her banana pudding - and I asked for the recipe. (Thanks, Vickie) The ingredients were simple, classic, and absolutely delicious. From there, I did what I always do—I made it my own. A few tweaks here and there to better fit my daughter’s tastes, and just like that, it became a staple in our home. Especially for her birthday.
